In the event of an emergency, you will be asked to supply full information to ascertain the exact nature of the problem, thereby avoiding unnecessary call outs and associated costs. However, should a call out prove necessary, you will be informed of the earliest time of arrival of the maintenance engineers. On arrival, they will carry out any repairs possible immediately, limiting potential downtime.

With an out of hours number in operation between 5pm and 9am weekdays and 24 hours at weekends, you are assured total service at any hour of the day or night. Service Contracts We also offer annual service contracts on our doors that comply with health and safety regulators throughout UK & Ireland.
